China’s Oppo To Shut Down Chip Design Unit As Smartphone Sales Slump


New Delhi: Chinese smartphone maker Oppo stated it would shut down its chip design unit, citing uncertainties within the international financial system and the smartphone trade. The firm, one among China’s best-selling home smartphone manufacturers, stated it would stop operations of its Zeku unit, which it arrange in 2019.
