Bhubaneswar: The increased schooling division on Thursday issued present cause notices to 9 increased schooling establishments together with Kalahandi University, Bhawanipatna for not attending a training programme on the e-admission course of for admission into undergraduate (UG) programs underneath Student Academic Management System (SAMS) for the tutorial session 2023-24.
A training programme for nodal colleges and for some chosen SAMS useful resource centres (SRCs) was scheduled on Tuesday and Wednesday on the auditorium corridor of the Rama Devi Women’s University. A complete of 30 nodal colleges and 70 SRCs have been requested to take part within the workshop.
However, 91 out of 100 increased schooling establishments (HEIs) have efficiently attended the training programme, besides your establishment. The training programme’s purpose was to educate the HEIs in regards to the newly adopted admission course of so as to guarantee a clean and well timed implementation of UG programs underneath SAMS for the tutorial session 2023-24.
“You are requested to submit the reason for the absence of the admission-in-charge and the data entry operator of your institution for the said training programme on or before May 29 for further course of action,” stated Rajata Kumar Mansingh, deputy director of efficiency monitoring cell (PTC), increased schooling division.
The eight-diploma colleges have been Upendra Nath College at Soro, Reamal Degree College in Deogarh district, Sriram College at Kasinagar in Gajapati district, KSUB College at Bhanjanagar in Ganjam district, Government Science College at Chhatrapur in Ganjam district, Basic Science and Humanities College at Bhubaneswar, Biju Patnaik College of Education at Govindapali in Malkangiri district and Basudev Godabari College at Kesaibahal in Sambalpur district.
